This thing is the most comfortable piece of equipment I’ve ever used in a tree. Thankful to have found one that fits and secures me and doesn’t give me the fritz with hip pinch or any thing else.

Using this device but I have been climbing and shooting while using it. It makes climbing trees a lot easier
The knee savers are accurately named due to the fact the will save your knees. When your taking a week side shot, there is nothing better on the market that will help you put three points of contact to the tree you are hunting out of. The pads help you grip the tree and they are very comfortable for all day use. Big thanks to Trophyline, you are the best.
Let me first start this with a few things. I have had different saddles and platforms i like a wider foot hold for comfort for all day sits i understand larger can mean a few things like a big one is it can be heavyier unless you break the bank on more expensive brands. This isnt cheapest out there by no means but not the most expensive I would be willing to try other trophyline products if they want me to and want my honest opinions then send them my way. I'm 246lbs 6ft 2in and like to walk way back in the woods to hunt. Here's my pros and cons.

It's weight is the heaviest I've ran into so far which makes it difficult to attach around the tree for some hunters
This is using a strap still not a rope like newer platforms are switching to for many reasons like ease of attachment to the tree which can be difficult to get around trees during daylight or darkness.
Strap limits tree size to hunt from
The teeth on both parts of the platform are not as big and aggressive as others and on some types of trees can be problematic
Last but not least the V on the base of the platform is very shallow and not very wide which means less teeth able to grip onto the bark for a more steady and safe hunt.
These are my own opinions I take the time to try out my equipment on several conditions that I might find myself in. If your hunting put of smaller trees and not having to go far into the woods then this is perfect for you. Some tips I would offer is try this on different trees while off the ground like you would while hunting.
If you are an early morning hunter try doing it in the dark at night or early morning to recreate those circumstances.
Figure put how to pack it in anf put and set it up in a comfortable manner before you go out. you will have it down when you go out to hunt and thank me later. Hope this is helpful.
