I really wanted to love this backpack but...

I purchased my C.A.Y.S. 2.0 in Sept. 2022 and have been very happy with the functionality. The platform pocket, pack size and ample pockets for storage are all great features for my intended use. However, after 2 seasons of usage (~7 months of actual field usage) I'm disappointed to say that the stitching on the straps for the platform pocket started to come unstitched rendering the pack unusable for my intended purpose. IMHO the quality is just not where it should be. I really expect a good quality backpack to last 4-5 years. I did contact customer support and the were gracious to offer me a discount on a new one but I'm not inclined to purcahse another backpack with marginal quality that will only last 2 seasons. For this reason I'm giving it 2 stars and can't recommend purcahsing this backpack.
