I cut close to 5 pounds in over all gear weight by swapping to the wingman platform. It gets me in the 30 yard bow range of my target spot every time I go into the woods. I use the one stick climbing method, so I don’t fatigue near as quickly as when I carried a platform and 4 stick set up. It’s quick, efficient, and much more simple. I refuse to leave camp with any other platform or sticks when the wingman is within reach.
Have not hunted yet but just getting used to them in trees around the house and they are awesome. Daisy Chain connectors are great, quick, and secure. Can’t say enough about how lite they are yet stable and functional. Can’t wait to use them in October and November. Shipping was quick with great communication.
I’m very happy I purchased these hyperlite sticks! I was amazed how light they were right out of the box. I since added some stealth strip and other accessories and absolutely love them!
